DMCA & Copyright Policy
EnSaveNet respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid takedown requests. Last updated July 2026.
Overview
EnSaveNet is a tool that reads publicly accessible links; it does not host user-uploaded videos. If you believe content accessible through EnSaveNet infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown request and we will review it.
How to file a request
Send an email to dmca@ensavenet.com that includes all of the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific link or content in question so we can identify it.
- Your full name, organization (if any), and contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Our response
We review each valid notice and take appropriate action, which may include restricting access to the reported content. Incomplete requests may be delayed until the missing information is provided.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was restricted in error, you may reply with a counter-notice explaining why, along with your contact information, and we will review it.
