We respect copyright. Send notices to hello@ensavenet.com with the subject "DMCA" — every complete notice is acted on.
What to know first
EnSaveNet does not host, upload or store anyone's videos, music or files. Our tools process data in your browser, and a few fetch public assets — such as a thumbnail image or a transcript — straight from the source platform when you ask for them. Because we keep no copy, the source platform is usually the most effective place to have content removed. For anything within our control, we act.
What a notice must include
- Your full name, address, phone number and email, and the rights holder you represent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact URL on ensavenet.com, or the source link processed through our tools, that your complaint concerns.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
- We acknowledge the notice at the email address you give.
- For a complete notice, we block the named link or link pattern from being processed by our tools, and remove anything on our own site that infringes.
- If a notice is incomplete, we reply explaining what is missing.
Counter-notice
If you believe a link was blocked by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address. Include your identity, the blocked link, a statement under penalty of perjury that the block was a mistake, and your signature. We forward it to the person who sent the original notice.
False notices
Knowingly claiming that content infringes when it does not can make the sender legally liable. Make sure you hold the rights, or are authorised to act for whoever does, before you send a notice.
Legal basis
We respond to notices under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Indonesia's Copyright Law (Law No. 28 of 2014). Notices may be written in English or Indonesian.
