Media Kit Maker

Fill in your numbers and your packages to get a clean one-page sheet you can send to a brand.

What this is

A media kit is a single page summarising who your audience is, how far you reach, and what you charge. Its job is not to convince a brand you are impressive but to answer, up front, the questions they will certainly ask — so the conversation can move to whether you are a fit rather than circling through emails asking for numbers. A kit that states prices also moves the negotiation's starting point to your figure rather than theirs.

How it works

State your prices. This is the most commonly omitted part and the most costly: without a figure, a brand opens with theirs, which is nearly always below what you would have asked. A written number also filters out the conversations that were never going anywhere before either side spends time on them.

Describe your audience, not just its size. Ten thousand followers who are all video editors are worth more to an editing software company than a hundred thousand general ones, and the right brand knows it. One specific sentence about who watches you often matters more than every number on the page.

The fields can be filled from a channel when live data is on, but the figures it fills need checking. The average views it takes span the channel's whole history, so for an older channel they usually sit below current performance — and current performance is what a brand cares about.

How to use it

  1. Add your name and niche Be specific — a narrow niche raises your value rather than lowering it.
  2. Enter your numbers and packages Use | to separate a package name from its price.
  3. Download it as a PNG Ready to attach to an email or a message.

Common questions

What should a media kit contain?
A media kit should carry who your audience is, your follower count and average views, engagement rate, a list of packages with prices, and how to reach you. Price is the most commonly omitted part and the one that most affects how the negotiation goes.
How many followers do I need before making one?
There is no minimum, because what a brand assesses is audience fit rather than size alone. A small channel with a clear, specific audience is often easier to sell to the right brand than a large one with a general audience.
Is my data sent to a server?
No — the kit is drawn in your browser and the PNG is created on your own device. The only thing sent to a server is a channel name, and only if you use the autofill.

Notes

  • The kit is drawn in your browser; the file is not uploaded anywhere.
  • Autofilled figures span a channel's whole history — check them before sending.
